We all know the avocado is good for you and if there are ways to work it into the diet, you’re going to benefit. This is one of the most delicious ways to prepare an appetizer or a salad.
2 large avocados, peeled and diced
2 Tablespoons lemon or lime juice
3 tomatoes, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 teaspoon salt
1 minced jalapeño chile
Combine the diced avocados with the citrus juice first so the avocado will retain its color and firmness. Then combine with the rest of the ingredients.
